I was born in NE and attended schools in NE, CO, and Idaho, graduating from UNSA in Curtis, NE. Top priorities throughout my life have always been faith, families and friends. I married Gary Hoyt and lived on the ranch in Cherry County until moving south of Mullen 6 years ago. We have 5 kids, 14 grandkids and 8 great grand kids. Reading, music, sewing, writing and yard work are my favorite past times. I have been a CNA, an EMT, a P1E pairing official and served on the National Board of Officials for wrestling. I feel honored to have worked in the Mullen School system for 28 plus years. I believe kids are our future and each one needs to feel special and loved. My philosophy for happiness is these simple rules: free your heart from negative thoughts, your mind from worries, live simple, give more, expect less and enjoy each moment.
