General Information
Chase County Invitational Cross Country Meet
1. There will be only one girl’s race starting at 3:30 P.M. Mountain Time. JV and Varsity runners
will run in the same race.
2. There will be only one boy’s race starting at approximately 4:00 P.M. Mountain Time. JV and
Varsity runners will run in the same race.
3. The Junior High Boys and Girls will run together starting at approximately 4:30 P.M. There will
only be one race (3,000 Meters) and no team score will be kept.
3. Please place the Cross Country Tag on the runners BACK TOWARDS THE TOP RIGHT
using one pin. Make sure to not pin the tear off tag on the shirt.
4. Extra maps are available in the clubhouse.
6. Please let the officials at the finish line know if you have a runner who did not finish the race.
7. Please instruct your runners and spectators from your school to not walk or stand on the
greens. We are the guests of the Imperial Country Club and would like to use this course again
next year.
8. Water may be given to your runners at any time during the race.
9. Restrooms are located in the building in the park area to the south. Please do not use the
restrooms located in the clubhouse.
10. The course is marked with a solid white line. Runners should stay within 6 feet of the line.
The inside corners are marked with flags and/or cones.
11. Judges are placed at strategic corners of the course and will report any individual not
following the designated course. Any such runners will be disqualified.
12. JV runners do not count for place in any way.
13. Meet rules will conducted according to the rules established by the NSAA and found in the
2020 Cross Country Manual.
14. Please help pick up your area or team camp at the conclusion of the meet
