Additional Information:
- Team Drop-Off—located on the south end of the building (entrance – Door #3). All vans and buses will then need to drive around the building and park in the east parking lot (south side). The drivers will need to come back to this same entrance to enter the facility.
- All spectators will enter through the Main Entrance on the east side of the high school.
- The Main Entrance will be open 1 hour prior to the start of the 11 AM Game. All other games will open once the facility is cleared from the previous game.
- Please make sure that each cheerleader and/or dance team member has a ticket to enter the facility.
- You will not be able to purchase individual tickets at the PASS GATE.
- Your Team/Manager/Coaches will be admitted from an NSAA supplied Pass List. The pass list is limited to a maximum of 2 Coaches and 18 Competitors/Managers. All others must have a pass. Supervisors will need to clearly display the NSAA identification tags that are provided to each school.
- Warm-Up Area—There will be one court available in the Practice Gym for warm-up. Each team will have one end of the court.
- Videotaping—We will have a designated area located in the gym for one team camera. Please see one of the floor managers for Assistance.Team Picture—The LNS Practice Gym will be used for team pictures. Please arrive with plenty of time and plans to get your team picture completed.
- Halftime Performances – Please contact us if you are planning to have a cheer/dance group perform at halftime. Performances are limited to not more than 3-minutes. Please have music on a device such as a Ipad, Ipod, Iphone (or similar) and a write-up for our announcer to read for an introduction.
- A recording of the National Anthem will be played prior to the first game (11:00 AM) of the day. The National Anthem will not be played prior to any other game.
- Coaches—At the end of each game, it is expected that you would take your team off of the court and into the locker room in order for us to prepare the floor for the next game. Players will not be allowed to return to the court (or gym) after the game. The players, parents, fans, etc. will need to find a place to meet up after the game away from the North Star facility. We appreciate you respecting this request due to the COVID-19 pandemic and keeping safety for everyone as a priority.
- The building will need to be cleared of spectators immediately following each game.
