Coaches Meeting: 9:00 AM CT Storage Shed by Concession Stand
Boys Pole Vault, Boys Shot, Girls Disc: 9:30 AM CT
Second Session of Field Events: 10:00 AM CT
PLACE: Arnold High School Track and Field
SCORING: Six places, 10-8-6-4-2-1, in all events. Will run prelims and finals, and qualify the eight fastest
times. Medals will be awarded to all place winners, individuals and relays. Team Trophies will
be awarded for Boys & Girls Champion/Runner-up.
DRESSING
FACILITIES: No dressing facilities exist at the track site. Athletes should come dressed.
CONCESSIONS: Concessions will be available at the track site.
SPIKES: Spike size is limited to 1/8 inch pyramids. It is necessary in some shoes to use the 1/4 inch spikes in order for the spike to do any good, though. The rule will be that no more than 1/8 inch of spike can be exposed.
UNIFORMS: The athlete must wear a school issued uniform. Make sure your athletes have legal uniforms.
ADMISSION: $5.00 ADULTS & $4.00 STUDENTS
NSAA GUIDELINES WILL BE FOLLOWED
