Stroke limits, Out-of-Bounds protocol, provisional ball procedures, etc.

Tournament competition. Distance Measuring Devices that meet the NSAA policy will be permitted.
11. Golfers are to make their group aware of the brand of ball they are using and mark the ball. The one-ball rule will
NOT be in effect.
12. PACE OF PLAY-Slow play will not be tolerated. A one-stroke penalty will be assessed to each member of the group
where slow play is excessive. There will be no break between nines, players will go directly from the last hole played to
the next tee.

team score for the tied teams will play an additional hole (or holes) until the tie is broken, (sudden-death system).
18. Any ties for individual 1st place will be broken using a sudden-death playoff. All other individual ties will be broken
using a scorecard playoff sudden-death method beginning with the number 1 handicap hole & continuing in handicap
hole order until the tie is broken. The other playoffs are to determine medal winners, not state qualifying positions. The
state qualifiers include the top 10 individuals, plus ties, if there are ties involved. More than 10 people can qualify for
state. Only 10 medals will be presented. Therefore any playoffs determine medal winners only.

option. Personally owned on-course stored carts or carts brought to the course are not allowed during this event.
24. The deadline for submitting your district golf entries via the NSAA website is May 10th.
