*The College requirements, outlined below, are in addition to any and all NSAA and
participating high schools COVID-19 requirements.
TEAMS
Enter at Northeast entrance of the McDonald-Belton building. (Entrance marked with NPCC Event Flags)
Please arrive one hour prior to the start of game.
All team personnel (coaches, players, managers, etc.) must be temperature checked at the entry doors prior to
entering the building. This will be in addition to providing documentation of temperature checks prior to arrival at
host site. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or above will be asked to remain in their team vehicle.
Masks are required for all team personnel in all public spaces including lobby, stairwells, hallways, restrooms.
Teams will be assigned their specific locker room in which to use for the entirety.
Team personnel only are allowed on the bench. Physical distancing is encouraged.
The first two rows of the bleachers behind each bench will be roped off for additional team personnel and team
belongings.
Coaches and non-active participants (those not currently on the court, mat or stage) are required to wear face
coverings at all times.
Water coolers will not be provided on the bench. Teams are required to bring personal water bottles for all team
personnel. Water refill areas will be designated in the facility.
No pre-game and post-game handshakes, high-fives or fist bumps.
FANS
Fans/spectators will be allowed to attend athletic events inside McDonald-Belton Gymnasium. We will follow the
rated capacity directive per the Nebraska School Activities Association guidelines. Which is restricted to 50%
occupancy (756).
All guests will enter at the South Main Entrance doors of the McDonald-Belton building.
Masks are required in the building at all times. (lobby, hallways, bleachers and restrooms)
Seating is marked to allow social distancing.
All guests must exit the facility immediately following the end of the contests.
No gathering on the floor or in the building following the end of the contests.
EVENT PERSONNEL
All event staff for college and high school are required to wear masks (score table staff, announcer,
administrators, event staff, and concessions.) Gloves are required for ticket booth and concessions.
MISC.
NO outside food/meals are allowed in the facility before, during or after.
Media personnel will be allowed to broadcast. Face Coverings required
Officials will have their own locker room and are required to have a temperature check prior to entry and masks
are strongly encouraged. They will enter the facility at the Northeast Entrance (teams entrance).
