The next regular meeting of the Mullen Board of Education will be Monday, March 13, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the high school library. Upon advertisement, a draft of the agenda will be available for public inspection on the school website, the NASB Sparq website, and by request to the Superintendent’s office during regular office hours.
Attn Mullen: It’s officially track season! Please be mindful of our team as they will be once again running the town streets and dump and fairgrounds roads.
The 2nd grade students have been learning all about insects and wrote an informational narrative from the perspective of an insect.

Jeffery completed his SPAIV Quarter 3 project this week. Jeffery was tasked with creating a measurable Spanish lesson for grade school classes. Jeffery presented his work to grades 2-5 using pre and post assessments, application activities, as well as take home cultural infographics regarding the Dominican Republic. His goal was to increase his audience’s vocabulary by 25%.
After tallying pre and post assessments, 2nd & 3rd grade students increased their Spanish vocabulary by 68%. 4th & 5th grade students increased their Spanish vocabulary by 56%! ¡Buen trabajo Jeffery!
Congratulations to the Mullen Bronco Speech team on a great showing at districts in Stuart.
