Mullen Public Schools asks for the community's help to honor and support our School Nutrition Staff!
In honor of National School Breakfast Week (Mar 7-11), the Nebraska Student Nutrition Action Committee (SNAC) is hosting an event to honor school nutrition professionals statewide. Mullen Public Schools is joining the event and asking community members to share of thanks and gratitude for our nutrition staff’s great work on the Mullen Facebook Page. Our nutrition staff includes Barb McIntosh, Ashley Hegland, Adrienne Deibler, and Kelle McIntosh.
Since the beginning of the school year, school nutrition professionals have served meals to make sure our kids have the food they need no matter their circumstances. This year, they are working day in and day out to provide healthy and nutritious meals to students all while dealing with supply chain disruptions, food shortages, and staffing challenges. They are truly AWESOME! Please share a comment to thank our staff for their work.
We hope you join us in this opportunity to celebrate and thank our ladies for the wonderful job they do, day in and day out.
Mullen schools would like to invite the entire community to the Hilltop gym on March 8th to cheer on the boys as they play the 1st round of the state high school basketball tournament at 5:00 pm mountain. We will provide hot dogs, chips, and popcorn (freewill donation toward Junior class). Pop and water available for purchase or bring your own. Hope to see you there!
Happy Birthday Grady!!!
