Monday was filled with STAR competition, State Officer Candidate speeches, voting delegate assembly, opportunity fair, breakout sessions including MADD, the awards session and dance. Tuesday we checked out the Spotlight on Projects, Knowledge Bowl finals, STAR awards, and the closing session.

The 2nd-grade students had a blast celebrating Glow Day!

A big thanks to Mrs. Hardin and her Chem 2 students for an awesome Science Fair for the 2nd and 3rd grade students.

Happy Birthday Jedd!

Congratulations to our 2025 March Mammal Madness bracket winners, Tate Kvanvig (1st) and Cayden Hampton (2nd). March Mammal Madness is an annual simulated tournament inspired by NCAA college basketball's March Madness but instead pits living organisms against each other to determine who would win in a simulated battle. The tournament was developed by scientists at Arizona State University as a fun way to engage students in learning about the natural world. This year over 900,000 students across the US participated! The junior class is in charge of scoring and tabulating brackets in Mrs Hardin's Earth Science class. If you're learning, you're winning!

The science department is looking for large pieces of cardboard or cardboard boxes again this year for our annual boat building competition. Please contact Mrs. Hardin at the high school if you have any to donate.
